The tenant fit-out of the building’s top three floors, offering impressive views, had to be delivered within a very tight programme. The greatest challenge was optimising the planning and contract award processes.

Since 2019, we have also overseen various refurbishment and maintenance works in the building, incorporating ESG considerations.
