For the high-rise building in Berlin-Mitte, we provide tenant fit-out planning for high-quality office space with complex requirements as general planners. After a tenant fit-out of approx. 4.500 m² of rental space for the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BIMA), used by a federal ministry, the planning and fit-out of approx. 1.400 m² of rental space continued. The space formerly used as a canteen/kitchen was transformed into a modern office space after being returned to its shell condition.
