As general planner, we provide tenant fit-out planning for high-quality office space with complex requirements in this high-rise building in Berlin-Mitte.
Following the fit-out of approximately 4,500 m² of lettable space for the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA), used by a federal ministry, our work continued with the planning and fit-out of a further 1,400 m².
The former canteen and kitchen areas were stripped back to shell condition and converted into modern office space.
