In the heart of Berlin, we planned and supervised the building services engineering for about 1,950 m² of space for the Cushman & Wakefield consulting firm and of about 6,100 m² for Design Offices, a leading provider of corporate coworking spaces, all done for Barings as part of a complex set of tenant improvements. The architecture was supervised by Grüntuch Ernst Architects BDA, with implementation by the general contractor Züblin.
