The listed Oranienhöfe at Oranienstraße 183–184 in Berlin are significant industrial complexes in Kreuzberg which, between 1908 and 1938, housed a Berlin silver factory as well as various printing and cardboard manufacturing businesses, amongst others. We are delighted to be entrusted with the planning and implementation of tenant studies and tenant fit-outs, as well as fundamental revitalisation and refurbishment measures—including the development of an overarching fire safety concept—for the conversion of the originally industrial premises into office space within this historic building complex.
