With our feasibility studies, we demonstrate potential changes and optimisation measures for existing buildings and provide our clients with a solid foundation for making further decisions. In close cooperation with technical experts, we examine possible conversion plans and user scenarios while taking cost effectiveness into consideration. We bring the existing building into alignment with the plans and approvals and go deep into the fundamental structures of the building (access, support structure, fire protection, technical equipment, etc.).
Depending on the task, we develop different generic or integrated versions, individually tailored to the specific requirements and needs.
Finally, we create a structured presentation with the results, including
- Catalogue of steps for implementing the respective measures
- Cost estimate with the different versions
- Illustrations of the different versions of the plans as sketches and/or CAD drawings
