After successfully completing the technical building services tenant improvements for Cushman & Wakefield at The Westlight for the owner Barings, we have also successfully concluded the planning and supervision of the building services for the tenant improvements for Design Offices on around 6,100 m² with our building services engineering team. The striking building with around 19,500 m² of lettable space has a great central location in Berlin’s City West.
