After the successful start of construction for the first phase of the tenant improvements for the Senate Department for the Environment, Transport and Climate Protection of Berlin in approximately 13,000 m² of lettable office space in the Jannowitz Center in the summer of 2020, we are also acting as the general planner for KGAL Investment Management in Grünwald and supervising further tenant improvements / construction measures in this attractive complex of buildings with about 31,700 m² of total lettable space in Berlin Mitte on the Spree river.
