On request, we can provide you with hand-drawn sketches illustrating everything from conceptual room layouts divided into zones right through to the furniture arrangement. To help your prospective tenants make a decision, we offer a range of carefully designed floor plan options as part of the design process.

By using colour-coding to illustrate the layout and function in our floor plans, we create a recognisable spatial layout. Mood boards and atmospheric images are also used to help prospective tenants visualise the space more clearly. 3D visualisations bring the setting to life and create a sense of atmosphere, giving prospective tenants an initial impression of the possible materials.
