The listed Oranienhöfe at Oranienstraße 183–184 form an important historic industrial complex in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Between 1908 and 1938, the premises housed a Berlin silver factory, printing companies and cardboard manufacturers, among other businesses.
We are delighted to have been entrusted with tenant studies, the planning and delivery of tenant fit-outs, and extensive revitalisation and refurbishment works. Our scope also includes the development of an overall fire safety strategy. These measures support the conversion of the former industrial premises into office space within this historic building complex.
