The Westlight: Completion of tenant fit-out and controlling

Following the successful completion of the building services works for Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant fit-out at The Westlight on behalf of the owner, Barings, our building services engineering team has also completed the planning and supervision of the building services works for Design Offices’ fit-out, covering approximately 6,100 m².

The striking building offers around 19,500 m² of lettable space in a prime location in Berlin’s City West.
