Maja Groß took sole responsibility for managing our Berlin office on 1 June 2025, following 18 months of shared leadership with Uwe Glomb.
Uwe has played a key role in the office’s successful development over recent years. He will retire at the end of the year. Over the coming months, he will focus on sharing his knowledge, handing over ongoing projects and preparing for the next chapter of his life.
