From 1st of September 2026, we will be offering our first apprenticeship for a Structural Design Engineer (m/f/d) specialising in architectural building construction at our Frankfurt branch.
This marks the start of something new for us: We want to pass on knowledge, support the next generation and give young talent a genuine entry into the world of architecture and construction – in a practical, team-based setting and on real-world projects.
What makes this step special:
The initiative came directly from our team – from Afra Aydin. She herself completed an apprenticeship as a structural draughtsman and knows from her own experience how formative this period is. It was precisely this perspective that provided the impetus to actively promote the topic of apprenticeships at c2.
Together with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), we have developed the apprenticeship programme. Afra Aydin is currently preparing for her role as a trainer and will also provide technical support for the apprenticeship in future.
