Since 2007, we have managed tenant improvement projects as a general planner, but we also provide our services in various subareas, service phases and in a consulting role as well. In addition to traditional office uses, our primary focus is on implementing our clients’ complex requirements.
Depending on the task, we prepare the planning of the service phases in accordance with HOAI (fee schedule for architects and engineers in Germany). This planning can be carried out at different levels of detail for basic construction, for example as phantom planning or for an already determined specific tenant.
