The year 2024 is drawing to a close and it is time to take an honest look back at the past few months. The real estate industry has also presented us with major challenges in recent months. The uncertain order situation, rising construction costs and increased interest rates have shaped the industry, and we too have noticed that competition has become more intense and market conditions more difficult.
But despite all the difficulties, we have never lost sight of one thing: solidarity and the willingness to continuously develop ourselves further.
In these turbulent times, we are grateful for the projects we have been able to implement and for everyone who has placed their trust in us. Even though it has not always been easy, we have always sought and found solutions as a team.

We are ending the year with some special moments…

• One year in our new premises in Berlin: we celebrated our first birthday in our new rented space. A milestone that not only strengthened our Berlin team, but also took our shared working environment to a new level.
• A warm ‘goodbye’: we bid farewell to Manuela Köppen, one of the first members of corpo two and a long-standing colleague, as she enters her well-deserved retirement.
• The traditional Christmas breakfast with raffle: in keeping with tradition, we ended the year with our annual Christmas breakfast and raffled off Christmas gifts from customers and clients among the team. Because a successful project is a success for everyone!

Looking ahead…
Despite the uncertainties in the industry, we are full of confidence and drive to take on the challenges of the future. We want to continue to position ourselves as a partner for sustainable, innovative and high-quality planning and look forward to realising new projects.
